Why Google Play Movies is not viable in Europe

Let’s say I want to watch Deadpool using my TV. The easiest and most obvious way is to use Google Play Movies, I have an Android phone and a Chromecast, and a rental is usually a neat €4.

There’s only a problem, if you’re on the Italian Google Play Store, only Italian audio is available. Despite my irrational hatred for dubbed movies, that’s not a huge problem for me, but what about other Europeans who live in a country whose language they don’t speak?

iTunes has several available languages, but it doesn’t support Chromecast.

If they want me to pay for movies, they should give me movies in the language I want, on the screen I want.
